Returns or exchanges are not accepted. Please contact us with any issues or questions.
We cannot combine orders because of PayPal regulations. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Pre-order policy
When you place an order, you agree to this policy. You are aware that you are purchasing an item that is not on hand and ready to ship. You understand that time is needed for the production and shipping of the item and that delays may happen.
Refunds will not be offered if you decide that the Turn Around Time (TAT) is too long. TAT countdown begins the day after a pre-order ends. Please read everything carefully before making a purchase. If a dispute is filed with PayPal or your bank without contacting us first, all your current orders will be refunded and you will no longer be able to purchase from our website.
If we have made a mistake with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send a photo of your items with your invoice to hello@oddborn.com. We will work with you to resolve any issues.

Shipping Policy
All orders are carefully inspected and packed. Unfortunately, damages or lost mail can happen during transit which is why we include the option of shipping insurance to your order based on the amount that you have ordered. If you have any issues arise with your package, please contact us so we can sort it out!
Please note that shipping times are calculated by the mail service. Sometimes packages arrive after the estimated delivery date.
Shipping charges are calculated by weight. If for some reason your order is miscalculated by $2 or more, we will send an invoice for the remaining balance to the email used at checkout.
Shipping charges include a small fee to cover the expenses of handling and packing materials.
