Shipping Policy

All orders are carefully inspected and packed. Unfortunately, damages or lost mail can happen during transit which is why we include the option of shipping insurance to your order based on the amount that you have ordered. If you have any issues arise with your package, please contact us so we can sort it out!

Please note that shipping times are calculated by the mail service. Sometimes packages arrive after the estimated delivery date.

Shipping charges are calculated by weight. If for some reason your order is miscalculated by $2 or more, we will send an invoice for the remaining balance to the email used at checkout. 

Shipping charges include a small fee to cover the expenses of handling and packing materials.

Bags/Pouches: These items are created individually and are one of a kind. Because of this, we don't accept returns. If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days. Send us a photo of the damage and we can discuss a resolution. Custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Dog Bandanas: These items are created individually and are one of a kind. Because of this, we don't accept returns. If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days. Send us a photo of the damage and we can discuss a resolution. Custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Face Masks: Due to sanitary reasons, they can't be returned or exchanged, but your satisfaction is guaranteed. Please contact us if you have questions or issues at hello@oddborn.com.
Lovies / Blankets: We do not accept returns but you are welcome to exchange an unused, unwashed item. Custom orders or "Made to Order" items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Custom Items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
